New York City is making a big statement about returning as one of the world’s great destinations and this new opening is one of the reinforcing examples. Earlier this week, the Smyth Tribeca Hotel opened up as an independent neighborhood hotel, managed by Highgate, an innovative real estate and hospitality investment firm.
All of the 12 room types have floor-to-ceiling windows, large marble bathrooms, and views of lower Manhattan. Each of the 16 suites include a penthouse with full kitchen, living and dining rooms, two bathrooms, a master bedroom, and an amazing 800 sq ft terrace.
This 100-room hotel will cater to all types of travelers from business or leisure to family with all of the perks, services, and packages you could expect from a modern NYC hotel. The design is easy, elegant for those seeking to unwind in stylish, minimalist comfort.
Smyth is in the very heart of Tribeca, located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, where cobblestone streets run through industrial-era buildings mixed with contemporary architecture in an urban cityscape. The historic streets of Tribeca are lined with art, unique architecture, and a trove of envious dining options that hug the Hudson River.
Mimicking the property’s simple and warm aesthetic are the practical touches such as the option to pre-order a breakfast box to pick up at the front desk before heading out for the day. A full range of food and beverage options are scheduled to launch in late-2021 and will include a brand new restaurant, lobby bar, and private event space. That said, here are some additional key items to expect—flat-screen TVs with Sonify and walk-in rain showers (in all rooms), suites with private terraces, fitness center, valet parking, concierge, and more.
All you need to do now is book and try it out for yourself. Enjoy your stay!
